Asset Creation is a term used in the CG industry for the creation of all bits and pieces, both big and small, used in Film and Games. This Asset Creation program is designed to train working artists in the CG Industry for the roles of Props & Environments for Film, Characters & Creatures for Film, Environments for Games as well as Characters & Creatures for Games.

Kristi Hargrove
MFA Program Director – Kristi Hargrove is a versatile artist who primarily focuses on the drawing but also enjoys exploring other mediums such as photography, sculpture, and installations. Her talent has earned her recognition, featuring her work in juried shows and international exhibitions. She recently displayed her pencil drawings at the Frist Center’s Metamorphoses exhibition.
Anthony Monica
Assistant Professor of Architecture – Anthony Monica is a registered architect with extensive professional experience in distinguished design firms, including SOM and KieranTimberlake. Through his work, he has continuously pushed the boundaries of contemporary architectural practices, leading the design, management, and execution of complex projects with great attention to detail.
Debbie Belue
Associate Professor of Dance – Debbie Belue is a highly experienced faculty member at Belmont University, joining the institution in 2000. Her expertise lies in teaching dance techniques like Modern, Jazz, and Tap, as well as Dance Composition and The Dance Experience. As the Director of Dance at Belmont, Debbie choreographed for the Belmont University Dance Company and coordinated their performances and activities throughout the year.
Stephen Hauser
Instructor of Motion Pictures – Stephen, an experienced Hollywood professional, has been working in the industry for more than two decades. Stephen began his career in Hollywood reading scripts for Academy Award-winning director and screenwriter Barry Levinson. As a professor at Belmont, Stephen is dedicated to helping students develop their creative process and find their unique voice in the competitive marketplace of the entertainment industry.
