Italy's first campus entirely dedicated to design
With its origins in 1984, Accademia Italiana of Art, Fashion, and Design is one of the world’s leading training institutions in the fields of design and applied arts. The courses are offered at both undergraduate and post-secondary levels.
Accademia Italiana was the first private fashion and design academy in Tuscany authorized by MIUR (DM n.76 dated 4/02/2013 and subsequent ones) to issue legally recognized qualifications equivalent to Italian three-year degrees.
Accademia Italiana promotes students’ work and hosts a career day dedicated to companies seeking new talent.

Each student is assigned a personal, state-of-the-art workstation. During your time on campus, you will have access to 4-months of guidance from an industry professional to create and polish your demo reel.

Asset Creation is a term used in the CG industry for the creation of all bits and pieces, both big and small, used in Film and Games. This Asset Creation program is designed to train working artists in the CG Industry for the roles of Props & Environments for Film, Characters & Creatures for Film, Environments for Games as well as Characters & Creatures for Games.

Robert Dicostanzo
A professional illustrator, portraitist, painter, and teacher, Roberto Di Costanzo studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome and completed a degree in cinematography at the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. He currently teaches art and culture at the Accademia Italiana.

Laura Mangiavacchi
A Metal Art graduate, Laura continued her studies at the Isia in Florence, where she received honors in 2002 for her thesis X-Media3, International Conference-Communication Design. She has been the director of the WWS communication studio since 2000 and taught Web Design in 2008 at the Accademia Italiana in the Graphic Design and Photography degree programs.

Andrea Nannetti
A freelance architect and designer who graduated in Architecture from the University of Florence in 1982 with 110 cum laude and worked as a student assistant for Radical Architecture co-founder Adolfo Natalini and participated in exhibitions and publications at national and international levels. Since 2012 he has been teaching Interior Architecture at the Accademia Italiana Arte Moda Design.

Pilar Roca
A Fine Arts graduate with a Graphics specialization, Pilar received a Master’s degree in Editorial Graphics from CEA in Seville. She has continued working for various companies throughout Europe, Italy, Belgium, and the United States as an illustrator and graphic designer. She has taught at the Italian Academy of Art-Fashion-Design since 2010.
